For the uninitiated, overseeing such a significant undertaking can be stressful and time-consuming, and that’s why we’re here to help. Adrian Stevens Plumbing & Home Care are experienced project managers with Adrian being your point of contact throughout your project. We will take full responsibility for organising the various aspects of your renovation, ensuring each stage is carried out on schedule, on budget and to the highest standards.
Estimates
Planning a bathroom refurbishment can be a lengthy process involving a lot of decisions. Adrian Stevens Plumbing & Home Care strive to give you peace of mind by supporting you through the entire process. Our estimators are available Monday-Friday between 8am and 5pm. If necessary, appointments can be arranged outside of these hours.
Written estimates are normally emailed within 72 hours of the visit and are valid for 1 month, hard copies can be posted on request. A site visit enables our estimator to scope the works, providing you with a detailed breakdown of the costs and schedule.
Estimates are generally non-chargeable, but some may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, time and location of your appointment. Should you proceed with the work, any charge made for your estimate will be deducted from the final invoice. We can also provide conceptual plans and drawings to help you visualise your ideas, giving you the opportunity to see how your layout will work within the space you have, as well as the chance to make alterations before committing to the project.
